Shipping details will be available before checkout opens.

Orders are dispatched through our Washington fulfilment operation. We select a suitable carrier for each parcel. A tracking number is provided when available.

Final sale

We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges, including custom orders. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive, contact us so we can resolve the issue. This policy does not limit rights required by applicable law.

Payment & privacy

Payments are processed by Square. H&C does not store your card details. We use your contact and delivery details to process and fulfil your order, provide order access and send transactional updates. Delivery details are shared with the fulfilment supplier or carrier when required. We do not sell your personal information.

Sign-in links are private and expire after 15 minutes. You may request access to or deletion of your personal information by contacting us, subject to required business record retention.

Collection news & gift ideas

Newsletter subscriptions are optional and separate from purchase and order emails. We send a confirmation link before adding you to our subscriber list. You can unsubscribe using the link in your subscription email. Campaign source tags may be saved for this browser session and associated with an order to help us understand which campaigns lead to purchases. We do not send this information to advertising platforms through this feature.
